Maintaining a Quality Image

Hello Friends,

Here in Arizona, we just recently hit triple digit temperatures. Even though we enjoy a “dry” heat, at 107 degrees it is a HOT heat nonetheless! With summer already here, and half of 2014 almost behind us, our team at Acclivity Healthcare felt that now was a good time for a reminder about the importance of maintaining a quality image. We have all experienced pressure to cut corners when time is of the essence. However, it is important to keep in mind that taking short cuts will often make it difficult to maintain a quality image, which is a key to professional success.

In this issue of The Acclivity Health Report our experts discuss the importance of making good impressions to maintain a quality image. Our first article, Make It or Break It: The Top Five Turn Offs for Prospective Employers, discusses five of the biggest mistakes job seekers make in an interview and how to avoid them. Our second article, Hiring Managers: How Not to Lose Your Prospective Candidates, reminds hiring managers that taking time to present and maintain a quality image will help attract and maintain the attention of high quality candidates, and save time in return.

We hope you enjoy our June issue and as always we would love to hear your feedback! Just click here to provide us with any comments or suggestions regarding our newsletter and you could be the winner of an iPod Shuffle.
