With an increased amount of people receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, our March jobs report revealed that employers hired more workers than expected. Last month, 916,000 jobs were added with over 36,000 being in the healthcare industry. Which begs the question on everyone’s mind – are we reaching the light at the end of the tunnel?

Employment in health care changed little in March.  The pace of change, however, requires that we stay looking ahead and preparing for the future.
